Cloud apple cake: a creamy dessert to surprise everyone

Ingredients:
Base:
1 egg
28 gr sugar
28 gr flour
Apple layer:
500 ml water
70 gr lemon jelly
4 grated apples
15 gr gelatin
Cream:
500 milk
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of flour
100 gr sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
200 gr butter
Coconut flour
Directions:
Base: whip the egg whites with sugar and then add flour. Pour the batter on the mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
Apple layer: in a pot boil the water and add the lemon jelly. Grate the apples and add into the pot, finally melt and add the gelatin.
Pour the mixture on the base and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cream: heat the milk and mix half of it with cornstarch, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add into the pot with milk and mix well. Add the butter and pour on the apple layer. Top with coconut flour and refrigerate overnight.
