Coconut bread: easy to make, addicting and delicious!

Coconut lovers will adore this sweet and moist Coconut Bread

INGREDIENTS
600g (4.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
200ml (0.8 cup) milk
50ml (0.2 cup) melted butter
1 egg
1 yolk
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
20g dry yeast
 
100g / 0.5 cup sugar
1 tsp gelatin
235ml (1 cup) water
Shredded coconut
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Knead the dough until smooth.
  2. Divide into 7 pieces and form balls. Put the balls in a greased dish. Let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Brush the risen dough with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  4. Make sweet jelly. Brush with jelly bread and sprinkle with coconut.
