No mess apple cakes: moist and easy to make!

Light and fluffy; loaded with fresh apples, this recipe is a must-try! 

INGREDIENTS
 3 eggs
 100 g sugar
 4 tsp sugar
 100 g melted butter
 30 g of butter slices
 150 g flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 2 apples

METHOD
  1. Pour 3 eggs into a bowl and beat well. Add the sugar while continuing to beat. Add butter, flour, and mix.
  2. Cut the apples into small squares.
  3. Place a slice of butter in an aluminum mold, add a tablespoon of sugar. Do the same in three more molds.
  4. Fill the molds with the sliced apples and fill with the cake mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
