Onion fritters: an easy and quick recipe to try!

If you love onions, you should try this amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS
 2 large red onions;
 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos;
 1 tsp grated ginger;
 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped;
 1 tsp chili powder;
 1 tsp ground cumin;
 1 tsp coriander
 1 cup rice flour;
 Vegetable oil for frying.
 
METHOD
  1.  Slice the red onion and mix it with ginger, jalapenos, cilantro, chili, cumin and a generous pinch of salt.
  2.  Crush onions sliced with your hands until some juice comes out. Add rice flour and mix.
  3.  When the mixture starts to come together, pour in cold water little by little, until the sticky batter forms.
  4.  Let the vegetable oil heat up in the skillet to 180C/350F.
  5.  Oil your palms and form onion patties from about ¼ cup of the mixture.
  6.  Fry patties for 5-7 minutes, until crispy and deep golden. Serve with your favorite sauce.
