Ingredients:
2 apples

220 grams of flour 00
150 grams of sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
100 ml of seed oil
200 ml of milk

Preparation:
Cut the apples and mix them with the juice of one lemon.
Then mix the flour with sugar and yeast. Add milk, oil and mix. Add 3/4 of the apples and pour the mixture into a mold. Cover with the remaining apple slices, add the sugar and bake at 356°F/180° for 40 minutes.
