Meatballs cake: the best way to surprise your guests!

Kids will love this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) minced beef
5-6 potatoes
1 egg
5g (1 tbsp) parsley
5g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) cayenne pepper
4g (1 tsp) cumin
100g (1 cup) breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove
1 onion
200g (2 cups) cheese
50g (½ cup) flour
80g (4 tbsp) butter
100ml (½ cup) tomato sauce
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. In a pot with water put the potatoes. Place them on heat and cook.
  2. In a bowl put the minced beef, add egg, chopped parsley, spices and breadcrumbs. Add grated onion and grated garlic clove.
  3. Mash the potatoes and add butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a pan.
  4. Make balls out of the meat mixture. Cover them with flour and cook in an oiled pan. Add tomato sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Put them in a pan with mashed potatoes. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Take the pan out and add grated cheese. Put the pan back for another 10 minutes. Serve.
