Stuffed Pork Loin: your guests will love it!

This stuffed pork is an easy and inexpensive way to feed a crowd!

INGREDIENTS
3 pieces pork
3-4 pieces tomatoes
1-2 onions
22-24 pieces bacon strips
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3-4 bay leaves
50g butter
2 tbsp oil
230ml (1 cup) white wine

METHOD
  1. Cut each meat pieces like a book, fill it with tomato slices, onion slices and bacon strips.
  2. Fix it with skewers and thread.
  3. Fry it from different sides until it’s ready.
