Ingredients:

2 sheets rolled out pizza dough;
sesame seeds;
egg wash.
Beef burger 1:

1 beef patty;
2 slices cheese;
2 cornichons, sliced;
ketchup, mustard.
Burger 2:

1 beef patty;
2 slices cheese;
1 tomato, minced;
burger sauce.
Chicken burger:

3 chicken nuggets;
1/3 cup cheese, shredded;
mayonnaise.
Fish burger:

3 fish sticks;
2 tbsp onion, minced;
tartar sauce.

Instructions

Divide pizza sheets into 4 parts. Place each part over ice cube mold and press with your pointer and middle finger to make hollows.
Place ingredients of different burgers into each hollow as shown in the video.
Cover the filling with the dough handing from the sides of the mold.
Freeze each ice cube mold for 30 minutes, then flip on the cutting board, brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cut bites into cubes to separate them from each other.
Bake at 190C/375F for 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
