Pork bistek recipe: perfect dish for a dinner with friends

Ingredients:
Calamansi
¾ kl Pork loin
½ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1½ cups water
½ large white onion, peeled and sliced crosswise
½ large white onion, sliced into rings for garnish
10 small sized calamansi, sliced and juiced
1 small sized bell pepper, for garnish
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsps cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

3 tbsps cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Remove the juice from calamansi, add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Finally add garlic and pepper. Put into the mixture the pork loin and mix. Then refrigerate for 2 hours. Then fry the onion and in the same pan cook the marinated pork slices. Cook the sauce in another pan with water. Add the onion and lei it boil. Add the pork and cook for 20 minutes.
