Eggless tiramisù recipe: a very easy no bake dessert

Ingredients:
230ml whipping cream
250g mascarpone, softened
55g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ espresso or strong coffee, cooled
2 tbsp amaretto liquor or any coffee liquor
2 dozen lady fingers (depending on your container size)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions:
In a bowl mix mascarpone and sugar, then add vanilla. Whip the cream and pour into the batter, mix again. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour the liquor into the coffee and mix. Compose the tiramisù with lady fingers and cream. Finally cover with cocoa powder.
