Sarde a beccafico: a tasty Sicilian recipe

In a plate prepare some bread crumbs and tomatoes cut into small pieces to then add pine nuts, capers and raisins. Before mixing, add oil and salt as required. When the mixture is ready, take the sardines previously opened "like a book" and cover them as shown in the video. Then add another Sardine. Prepare them all, dip in flour and fry them in boiling oil.
