Savory tart with zucchini "spaghetti": a real treat for your palate

Ingredients:
Pie crust dough with extra virgin olive oil:
200g flour
70g water
60g olive oil
4g salt
Ingredients for stuffing:
550g zucchini
300g cream cheese
fresh basil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
40g grated cheese

Directions:
In a bowl, put the flour, salt and mix. Then add water and olive oil. Knead until mixture is smooth. Form a dough and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Wash the zucchini well and cut them, if you have the right tool you can make spaghetti. Cook in a pan with some basil, olive oil and garlic. Then combine with cream cheese and more basil.
Spread the dough in a buttered pan, bake at 190°C (380°F) for 15 minutes. Once cooked, stuff it and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
