Ingredients.
Shortcrust pastry. https://www.cookist.com/shortcrust-pastry-the-classic-recipe-to-prepare-the-dough/
Whole hazelnuts
Syrup (optional)
500ml water
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Prepare the shortcrust pastry, then form small balls and crush them with the handle of a ladle. Put a nut on each biscuit and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
Syrup: melt the sugar in a saucepan and wet the biscuits once cooked.
