Frozen lemon cake: few ingredients for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
300ml whipping cream, well cold
100g caster sugar
juice and peel of a lemon
2 packs of light cookies
Directions:
Whip the egg whites until stiff. In a saucepan put the sugar and the whipped egg whites. Stir until the sugar melts. Then combine the mixture. Then whip the cream and combine the two mixtures, adding the lemon peel and the juice. Put a first layer in the springform pan, then add the cookies and then another layer. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Decorate as desired.
