Bread zucchini frittata: an easy recipe to try

Ingredients:
700 gr. of zucchini
Olive oil
5 eggs
50 gr. of grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Milk
1 tsp of garlic paté or 1 minced garlic clove
400 gr. of stale bread

400 gr. of stale bread
Preparation:
Cut the zucchini and their flowers. In a bowl beat the eggs, salt and pepper. Then add the garlic and olive oil. Also mix with mint and cheese. Then add the zucchini and mix. Add the stale bread (let it rest first in the milk) and the milk. Mix well and put the batter in a pan (using parchment paper). Roll out, pour a little oil and bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
