Melon and yogurt cheesecake: a delicious no-bake dessert

Ingredients:
1 kg of melon
20 gr gelatin sheets
Ladyfingers
Water and sugar
400 ml whipping cream
500 gr white yogurt
125 ml of water
50 gr sugar
8 gr cornstarch

Preparation:
Put the gelatin sheets in the water. Then cut the melon (keeping some slices for decoration) and blend it. Whip the cream and add the yogurt, then add the melon and the melted jelly. Create a base with ladyfingers (put then in the water and sugar) and put in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then pour the batter let it cool for 2 hours. Then decorate with melon slices. Dissolve sugar and starch in water and wet the slices on the surface. Put in the fridge again (15 minutes) and serve.
