Coconut and orange cake: a perfect combination for a unique flavor

Ingredients:
150 g butter softened
200 g sugar
230 gr all purpose flour
30 gr coconut flour
5 eggs
zest and juice from an orange
1/2 packet baking powder (4g)
1 pinch of salt
Sugar to decorate
Directions:
Beat the egg whites and 100 gr of sugar. Then, separately, do the same with egg yolks and another 100 grams of sugar and add orange juice, zest and melted butter. Mix and add the two types of flour, salt and yeast. Finally, add the whipped egg whites. Mix everything and pour into a pan. Cover with the sugar and bake at 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
