How to prepare a yummy and fresh almond granita

Ingredients:
700ml hot water
150g almond paste
100g sugar
Directions:
In a plastic container, put the almond paste into small pieces. Melt it with hot water and add the sugar. Stir until you no longer feel the grains of sugar. Let it cool and put in the freezer for 6-7 hours. Then take it out and start scratching it with a fork. Freeze again and then enjoy your granita.
