Mediterranean farfalle pasta: ideal for a quick lunch

Ingredients:
200gr of farfalle or short pasta
1 tomato of about 200g
80g canned tuna
capers
2 cloves garlic
4-5 fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, chilli pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut tomato and basil, then put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Finally add the pasta and let it cool. Enjoy this fresh first course.
