Vegetable cutlet: this crispy snack will surprise you

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
2 Green chilli
1 inch Ginger
2 small-med Onion
4 tbsp Matar
3-4 tbsp Beet
1 chopped Carrot
5-6 Beans
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Amchoor
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
5 boiled Potato
Maida paste
Maida - ¼ cup
Water to make a paste
Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
Oil - to deep fry
Directions:
Cut and cook all the ingredients in a pan (except the maida paste, maida, water and breadcrumbs) and when they'll be amalgamated let them cool.Then make the cutlet. In a little bowl mix maida paste, maida and water to create a cream. Put the cutlet in this cream and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil and serve.
