3 ways chia seed pudding

Ingredients:
Basic Pudding:
6 tbsp chia seeds;
2 cups coconut milk;
2 tbsp honey.
Berry pudding:
2 cups coconut milk;
2 tbsp honey.
Berry pudding:
1 cup frozen raspberries;
2 tbsp water.
Fruit pudding:
2 tbsp water.
Fruit pudding:
½ cup mixed canned tropical fruits;
½ frozen banana;
2 tbsp water.
Chocolate pudding:
½ frozen banana;
2 tbsp water.
Chocolate pudding:
½ cup basic pudding;
1 tsp cocoa powder;
3 tbsp coffee.

Instructions
Mix chia seed with coconut milk and honey. Set aside for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
Divide pudding between 3 glasses.
Blend each pudding filling separately. Pour over chia pudding. Garnish with mint, berries or chocolate before serving.
