Custard cherry tart: a yummy dessert

Ingredients:

Cherry sauce:
200g cherries
3 tablespoons caster sugar

Directions:
After preparing the cream and the pastry, roll out the dough and place it in a circular pan. Make holes with a fork, cover with a sheet of parchment paper and dried beans. Bake at 170°C (340°F) (preheated oven) for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the cherries and cook them with sugar for 5 minutes.
Then spread the cream on the pastry base and cover with the cherries.
