Traditional Italian ragù: a perfect dish to eat with family

Ingredients:
500-600 gr minced meat (veal, beef)
1 leek
1/2 onion
1 carrot
Celery
Basil
1 garlic cloves
Rosemary
Tomato puree
1/2 glass of white wine
Directions:
Cut all the vegetables. In a pot pour the oil and add garlic, rosemary and chili pepper (optional). Then add the meat and salt, mix and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the wine. Finally add the vegetables and the tomato puree. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
