Tomato au gratin: tasty and easy to prepare

Ingredients:
1 kg Tomatoes
100 gr Stale bread
Parsley
Basil
2 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
Oil
Preparation:
Divide the tomatoes in half and empty them. Place them upside down on a piece of absorbent paper. In a mixer put the bread, garlic, basil and parsley. Then add the pulp, salt and pepper and stir again. Then put the tomatoes on a baking tray and add salt and oil. Stuff them and bake at 340°F (170°) for an hour.
