Chocolate cream and strawberries on the shortcrust pastry: so yummy

Ingredients:
Shortcrust:
250 gr of 00 flour
125 gr of sugar
125 gr of cold butter
1 egg
1 yolk
5 grams of yeast
Orange peel
1 pinch of salt

Ganache:
400 gr of milk chocolate
300 ml of cream
20 grams of butter
400 gr of milk chocolate
300 ml of cream
20 grams of butter
Decoration:
350 gr of strawberries
spray gelatin or icing sugar

Preparation:
Shortcrust: in a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and orange peel. Then add the butter and finally an egg and a yolk. Work the pastry until you get a compact dough. Cover with the plastic wrap and place in the fridge. After roll it out and put it in a buttered tart pan, then puncture and put on a sheet of parchment paper and add rice. bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Once ready remove the rice and put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Ganache: put the cream over heat and let it boil. Then break the chocolate and pour the hot cream. Mix and melt. Add some butter to make the ganache thick. Pour the ganache on the pastry and then cover with strawberries. Then you can decorate with powdered sugar or gelatin spray.
