Mozzarella roll-ups: a quick, tasty and light appetizer!

Melt the mozzarella and then roll it up. Such a fun appetizer!
INGREDIENTS
400g fior di latte mozzarella
cherry tomatoes
arugula
prosciutto

DIRECTIONS
1. Dry off the excess liquid from the mozzarella and slice it. Place the slices close to one another to make a rectangle.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes and roll it out.
3. Fill with arugula, prosciutto and cherry tomatoes. Roll it up.
4. Refrigerate the roulade and then slice it before serving.
