Stuffed lemons: a unique starter that will surprise all your guests!

Remove the pulp from the lemons and fill with tuna. The final result is incredible!
INGREDIENTS

80g cream cheese
2 tsp mayonnaise
200g tuna
anchovies
capers
2 tsp mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS
1. Remove the pulp from the lemons and save the lemon juice.
2. Prepare the filling by combining the tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, capers, and anchovies.
3. Fill the lemons with the tuna mixture. Roll them up in aluminum foil and freeze them for at least one hour.
4. Slice the lemons and serve.
