Potato parmesan: your guests will love this recipe

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
500 ml of tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Sliced provola or cheese (q.b.)
Basil
Grated cheese
Black pepper
Bread crumbs
Oil

Preparation:
Cook the potatoes but make sure that we are not too soft. Cut them into slices. In a pan spread the breadcrumbs on the bottom and start to compose the parmigiana with potatoes, sauce, mozzarella and various cheese. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 25-30 minutes.
