Spinach and Cheese Cannelloni

Ingredients:
250g Frozen Spinach: Defrosted and dried as much as possible.
250g Ricotta Cheese.
100g Cream Cheese.
125g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
1 Egg.
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper.
10 Cannelloni Tubes.
1L Marinara Sauce.
35g Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Instructions:
Mix together the spinach, ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese egg salt and pepper to form a smooth paste.
Fill the cannelloni tubes using a piping bag with this paste.
Line the base of a 13” by 9” casserole with one third of the marinara sauce.
Layer in the stuffed cannelloni tubes on this base.
Cover with the remaining sauce and sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
Add a tin foil lid.
Bake at 180°C or 350F for 50 minutes.
Remove the foil lid and bake for another 10 minutes.
