Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
200g sugar
125g natural white yogurt
100g seed oil
3 eggs
pinch of salt
a sachet baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Lemon zest
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar, then add the yogurt, the oil and stir. Add the lemon zest, vanillin and salt. Add the flour with a spoon. Finally add the baking powder. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
