Tarte tatin with caramelized tomatoes: a unique flavor

Ingredients:
1 rolls of puff pstry
30 little tomatoes
Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsps of sugar
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Clean well the tomatoes. In a pan melt the sugar with balsamic vinegar, then add the tomatoes. Let them caramelize for 2-3 minutes. Put the tomatoes in a baking tray and cover with puff pastry, make an hole in the middle and bake at 356°F (180°) for 15 minutes.
