Italian dessert with custard and black cherry: so yummy

Ingredients:
300 gr of manitoba flour
200 gr of flour 00
100 gr of sugar
120 gr of butter
200 ml of milk
4gr of dry yeast
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of salt
Custard
Black cherry
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, milk and dry yeast. Then add eggs and mix for three minutes. Finally add salt and butter. Continue to work the dough with hands. Then let it roise for 2 hours. After this time divide the dough and spread it. Fill with custard and black cherry. Cover with another dough's circle. Spread some egg yolk, add granulated sugar and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
