Tubettoni zucchini and scamorza: a fast and delicious first course

Ingredients:
150 g tubettoni
4 zucchini cut into cubes
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
Hot pepper (optional)
4 basil leaves
2 mint leaves
1 sprig of thyme
White Scamorza Cheese
Grated cheese
Directions:
Cook garlic and red pepper in a pan with oil. Then add the zucchini, salt, basil, mint and cook. Meanwhile, cook the pasta too. Then add it to the pan with cheese and scamorza cheese. Mix everything and serve.
