Clafoutis with cherries: a real treat for the palate

Ingredients:
500 gr of cherries
100 gr of sugar
100 grams of 00 flour
240 gr of milk
3 eggs
10 ml of rum or brandy
1 tsp of vanilla extract
peel of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, place eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla, lemon peel and rum. Mix everything well and add the flour. When you get a mixture without lumps, add milk and melted butter and keep stirring. Grease a pan and place the cherries, pour the mixture over and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes (hot and static oven).
