Chocolate dessert

Ingredients:
100 ml (3.4 fl.oz) heavy cream;
4 cups milk;
50 g (1.7 oz) cocoa powder;
50 g (1.7 oz) cornstarch;
150 g (5.2 oz) sugar;
300 g (10 oz) dark chocolate chips.
Instructions

Instructions
Mix heavy cream with milk, cocoa, cornstarch and sugar to combine.
Place the mixture over medium-low heat and cook, stirring frequently, until it thickens, about 7-10 minutes.
Mix in dark chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into a square baking pan and leave to chill in fridge for 5 hours, until set.
Carefully remove from the pan, dust with chocolate and cut with a hot knife.
