Strawberry tiramisu with ricotta filling: the flavor is delicious

Ingredients:
175g fresh Ricotta
125g white whole yogurt
150g brown rice flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda + (or 1 teaspoon baking powder)
1 teaspoon honey
500g strawberries
Directions:
Wash the strawberries and mash them. Then mix an egg with the flour, strawberry juice, cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda until smooth. Cook the mixture in a non-stick pan. For the filling, mix the egg and honey and in another bowl mix ricotta and yogurt. Then combine the two mixtures. Create the tiramisu as shown in the video and put it in the fridge for an hour.
