Easy to make at home, delicious and light; everyone will love this water chocolate cake with no eggs or cheese. Here's how to make it!
INGREDIENTS
200g wholemeal flour (wheat, oats or rice)
30g cocoa powder
70g honey
40g sunflower oil
200ml water
2 teaspoons baking powder
Orange zest to taste

DIRECTIONS
After putting the flour in a bowl, sieve the cocoa and add yeast and orange zest; then add honey, oil and water a little at a time and mix carefully. Put the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
