Strawberry millefeuille: the recipe for a mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
1 roll rectangular puff pastry
2 tablespoons sugar
Ingredients for custard:
2 egg yolks
250ml milk
60g sugar
20g cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients for diplomat cream:
custard
200ml vegetable whipping cream, already sweetened
To decorate:
strawberries to taste
powdered sugarto taste
Directions:
Make holes in the puff pastry roll, add sugar and bake at 200°C (40°F) for 15 minutes.
Cream: mix two egg yolks and sugar, then add the starch and a few tablespoons of milk. Put the milk on the stove and when it is about to boil add the mixture with the eggs. Once the cream is thick, let it cool covered with plastic wrap. Then add the whipped cream and mix. Cut and fill the puff pastry.
