Hot water cake: light, fluffy and really tasty!

Pour the water into the dough to make the cake really soft!
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
salt
200g sugar
50g butter
170ml hot water
250g flour
10g baking powder
powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt and the sugar. Add the butter and hot water. Lastly, add the baking powder and flour.
2. Mix well and pour the batter into a 25cm cake pan.
3. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
4. Let the cake cool and then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
