Three delight layers: this cake will surprise everyone

Ingredients:
250 gr of flour
150 gr of butter
220 gr of sugar
160 ml of milk
3 eggs
1 package of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Ingredients for the wet:
500 gr of berries
100 gr of sugar
30 ml of water
the juice of half a lemon

Ingredients for the cream:
400 gr of mascarpone cheese
400 ml of sweetened vegetable cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
50 gr of powdered sugar
400 gr of mascarpone cheese
400 ml of sweetened vegetable cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
50 gr of powdered sugar
Preparation:
Beat the butter, then add the sugar and put the eggs. Add the vanilla and milk, keep stirring. Then add the salt and sift flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into two cake tins (18 cm diameter ). Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Wet: place the berries, lemon juice, sugar and water in a saucepan and cook for 15 minutes. Sift them to extract the juice.
Cream: put mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Work the ingredients and add the cream.
Compose the cake as shown in the video. Decorated on the surface with other berries.
