Taco muffin cups with cheese

Ingredients:
3 cups cheese, shredded;
1 small onion, chopped;
3 garlic cloves, minced;
500 g (1 pound) minced beef;
1 tsp chili powder;
½ tsp ground cumin;
1 tsp paprika;
sour cream, cilantro, chopped tomatoes, cheese for serving.
Instructions

Instructions
Put parchment paper over the baking sheet. Spread handfuls of cheese on the paper making circles for the future taco shells. Make sure that each cheese pile is about 5 cm (2 inches) aside from others.
Bake cheese taco shells at 190C/375F for 6 minutes. Carefully remove melted cheese from the pan with a spatula and put over flipped over muffin tin cup. Form a cheese cup and let the cheese shell set. Repeat with other cheese shells.
For the taco filling sauté onions until translucent, add garlic and minced beef. Season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook, breaking meat with a spatula, until the beef is cooked through.
Fill cheese cups with cooked beef, top with sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro and extra cheese.
