The recipe to prepare spicy roasted potatoes

Ingredients:
1 kg Russet Potatoes
2.2lbs Garlic pwdr
½ tsp Onion pwdr
½ tsp Chili pwdr
1 tsp for spicy
½ tsp for medium Paprika
2 teaspoons Coarse Salt
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
Yogurt sauce:
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
140g Lemon juice
1 tsp Sriracha
Scallions (optional)
2 tablespoons
Directions:
In a little bowl mix the oil with all the spices. Cut the potatoes and mix them with the spices sauce. Bake at 450°F (230°) for 25-30 minutes. Put the yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix together and well. Enjoy this tasty potatoes.
