Fluffy pancakes or souffle omelette: two tasty recipe for your breakfast

Ingredients:
Pancakes:
85g of wholemeal oat flour
1 egg
Milk q.b.
Omelette:
2 eggs
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
2 tbsps of whole milk
1 tsp of fig jam (optional)
Directions:
Pancakes: mix the flour with egg and milk. When the dough is uniform cook the pancakes in a pan. Garnish as you prefer.
Omelette: separate white and yolk eggs. Whisk the whites. Mix yolk eggs, milk and jam, then unite all and bake at 180° per 10 minuti.
