Homemade pickled peppers: fast and tasty

Ingredients:
1 kg peppers
150ml vinegar
200ml oil
Garlic
Parsley
salt
Sterilized glass jars
Directions:
Wash and cut the peppers, then pour vinegar and oil into a pot. Add the peppers, garlic and parsley and cook for 10 minutes. Then put in the jars, pour the sauce and close. They must be stored in the fridge or in a cool place.
