Mushroom Parmesan: a rich and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
For mushroom breading:
300g pleurotus mushrooms
1 egg
200g breadcrumbs
30g grated cheese for breading
Salt and pepper to taste.
1l oil for deep frying
For Parmesan:
30g mozzarella
300g tomato sauce
Olive oil to taste
Directions:
Clean and cut the mushrooms, then coat them in the egg and in the breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese. Fry. Then make Parmesan by alternating mushrooms, mozzarella and sauce. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
