Stuff the dough with cheese and ham: this focaccia will drive everyone crazy

Ingredients:
500g all -purpose flour
350ml water
10g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon honey
10g salt
Stuffing:
140g sliced cheese (the one you prefer)
150g ham
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Crumble the yeast and dissolve with honey. Then mix flour and salt in a bowl and pour water and yeast. Mix everything until you get a sticky mixture. Cover with plastic film and let it rest until it has doubled its volume. Then knead the dough by hand for a while and divide it. Roll out, stuff and make holes. Cover with film and leave for 30-40 minutes. Then brush olive oil and bake at 250°C (500°F) for 15 minutes.
