How to make beautiful pearl oyster macaron

Ingredients:
60 gr egg white
60 gr sugar
75 gr sugar powder
75 gr almond powder
Pink food coloring
To fill:
butter cream or whipped cream
Directions:
Stir almond and sugar powder. Divide the yolk and egg white. Whisk the whites and add sugar, mix well. Add food coloring and mix, finally add the dry ingredients. Put the batter in a pastry bag and make the oyster. Dehydrate about 30-40 minutes. Then bake at 300°F (150°) for 10-11 minutes.
