Prepare the crepes and make an alternative and good tiramisù

Ingredients:
Crepes:
8 large eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 tbsps Amaretto
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

For Filling:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
226gr whipped cream cheese
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup butter, softened at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp Amaretto

Cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions:
In a blender put all the ingredients for the crepes and mix well. Cook the crepes.
Filling: put the ingredients in a blender and whisk together for about 10 minutes.
Then make the cake filling each crepes. Cover all with plastic wrap and leave in freezer fo overnight.
