Quinoa balls: simple, healthy and yummy

Ingredients:
100 gr di quinoa 
25 gr breadcrumbs
2 eggs
150 gr grated zucchini
170 gr spinach
Oil
Salt
Curry
Turmeric
 
Directions:
Boil the quinoa with water. Cook the spinach with oil and salt. Then unite all together and mix well. Cook the balls in a pan.
