Ingredients:
1 pineapple;
150 ml (6 fl. oz) pineapple juice;
3 tbsp coconut cream;
3 tbsp white rum;
¾ cup ice cubes.

Instructions
Using a small sharp knife cut out pineapple flesh leaving the walls of the fruit whole, without any holes.
Measure about ½ cup of pineapple flesh and put it into the blender together with pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum and ice.
Blend until smooth and serve poured into an empty pineapple.
